KOGENERACJA S.A. is licensed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) to engage in the business of heat and power generation, heat transmission and distribution, and power trading and distribution.
In its settlements with the energy buyers, the Company uses the prices set in the tariffs
Heat Tariff
In 2016, the Heat Tariff was approved by the URE President on 10 October 2016 (decision no. OWR-4210-39/2016/1276/XVII-A/AŁ). It came into force on 1 November 2016.
A new Heat Tariff was approved by the URE President on 12 December 2017 (decision no. OWR.4210.35.2017.1276.XVIII.A.GM). It came into force on 1 January 2018.
Electricity Tariff
The Company was exempted from the obligation to submit the electricity tariff for approval by the decision of URE President no. OWR-4211-5(4)/2005/1276/SS of 23 June 2005.
Furthermore, the Company received a decision on the change of electricity distribution tariff (decision no. OWR.4211.37.2.2018.1276.VI.B.RP of 4 January 2018) The new application for tariff was submitted 18 January 2018.
